Stories of unbelievable miracles that I’d like to believe. Extremely inspirational. Yogananda’s life was full of divine love and adventure because he followed his heart. His life spells out how to wake up. Because of this book, I have come to meditate more regularly and more deeply. I am truly grateful to Paramahansa Yogananda for writing it and others. This book provided palpable results for me. I felt that Paul Selig and his guidance helped me to elevate my consciousness in a real way. There can be much fantasy involved in this sort of pursuit, but this book feels real. It makes sense that you would feel better if you practiced it’s “attunements” or affirmations because they are very positive, even so, I prefer to believe that I’m actually being uplifted in some way other than emotionally by repeating them. amazon.com
